Learn how you might benefit as a:
-
Global factors have made the past few years tumultuous in boardrooms and C-suites. Nonetheless, ESG expectations remain high.
CarbinX technology allows executives to address climate change in a direct, quantifiable and meaningful way.
Providing a 20/20 vision, the current state of ever-improving CarbinX technology offers up to a 20 percent reduction in carbon emissions from buildings as well as an anticipated 20 percent reduction in building natural-gas consumption.
-
There are immediate financial benefits to installing a CarbinX. CarbinX is an economizer with UL STD 462 certification, meaning it helps you lower natural gas costs by up to 20 per cent. This functionality is completely independent of its carbon capture capabilities.
What’s more, we will share the profits from the potassium carbonate with you. This helps you defray the initial capital investment.
Throughout the life of your device, its maintenance costs will be zero. It will be remotely monitored over a cellular network. If it goes down or needs servicing, we will dispatch a local, qualified technician to repair it. No charge to you.
A technician will regularly visit your CarbinX unit to harvest the carbonate and recharge the feedstock. When they do, they’ll also conduct a visual inspection of the other appliances in your mechanical room. If this inspection turns up anything out of the ordinary, they’ll inform you or your property manager. This early warning could help you avoid costlier repairs down the road.
Of course, prospective tenants care about the reputation of the spaces where they work, live and entertain. CarbinX is the first and only carbon capture technology designed for commercial buildings. A facility with a CarbinX unit is compelling reason to consider signing a lease or contract.

Natural gas prices can fluctuate dramatically. When they do, your clients want a solution to manage energy costs. The CarbinX, with its UL STD 462 certification, functions as an economizer. It can lower natural-gas costs by 20 per cent.
Once installed, there’s no charge for ongoing maintanance of CarbinX. We will remotely monitor the device and if there’s a fault, we will fix it. And because our technicians will be visually inspecting your mechanical room every two weeks (when we harvest and recharge the unit), you can anticipate that the owner’s overall maintenance costs will be lower too.
Installing a CarbinX unit is a value-added service you can confidently recommend to your clients as a way to manage energy costs and reduce mechanical-room operating costs

The sooner you know about a potential problem, the better. When our certified HVAC technicians visit your mechanical room to harvest the captured carbon roughly every two weeks, they will conduct a visual inspection of all your HVAC appliances. This service is provided free of charge. It’s an incredible level of service at a great price!
The CarbinX unit itself is covered by a lifetime maintenance warranty. If it faults, it will inform us using its built-in IoT platform. The problem won’t escalate to you.
If a CarbinX unit goes down, it does not interfere with the operations of other machines in the mechanical room. They simply resume operations as if the CarbinX wasn’t there.
CarbinX devices have the following certifications:
UL 462 (heat reclaimer/economizer)
UL 73 (standard for motor-operated appliances)
CSA 22.2 (standard for control and protective devices)
